软通道与硬通道微创治疗高血压脑出血疗效观察

目的分析软通道与硬通道治疗高血压脑出血(HICH)的临床疗效。方法选择2007年10月至2011年10月收治的已确诊HICH患者84例为研究对象,并随机分为观察组与治疗组,每组42例,观察组行软通道微创穿刺置管引流术;治疗组行颅内血肿硬通道微创穿刺粉碎清除术。观察并比较2组患者的临床疗效及治疗3个月后生活自理能力(ADL)评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.9%,与治疗组(90.5%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后观察组ADL评分与治疗组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论软通道与硬通道微创治疗HICH均疗效显著。

Curative effect on soft channel and hard channel of minimally invasive treatment for hypertensive intra cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To analyze the curative effect on soft channel and hard channel treatment for hypertensive intra cerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods Eighty-four patients with definite HICH were admitted into this department during Oct.2007 to Oct.2011.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:observation group and treatment group,each group had 42 cases.The observation group were given soft channel minimally invasive installed tube aspiration and the treatment group were given hard channel microinvasive craniopuncture aspiration technique of intracranial hematoma.The effect and activities of daily living(ADL)scores of 3 months after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.9%,which was 90.5% in treatment group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment of 3 months,there was no significant difference of ADL scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Both soft channel and hard channel minimally invasive treatment have significant curative effect in treatment of patients with HICH.
