摘    要:
 目的 建立减肥类保健食品中非法添加化学成分西布曲明、N-单去甲基西布曲明和N,N-双去甲基西布曲明的UPLC-MS/MS定性检测方法方法 以甲醇超声提取样品,UPLC进行色谱分析,采用串联四级杆质谱进行定性检测。结果 西布曲明、N-单去甲基西布曲明和N,N-双去甲基西布曲明保留时间分别为1.29、0.97和0.92 min,65批样品中21批检出西布曲明,1批检出N-单去甲基西布曲明,1批检出N,N-双去甲基西布曲明。结论方法专属性强,操作简单,快捷,可作为掺入西布曲明及其去甲基衍生物的保健食品有效检测方法

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To develop a UPLC-MS/MS method to determine the illegal addition of sibutramine,N-desmethyl sibutramine and N,N-di-desmethyl sibutramine in slimming foods.METHODS The sample was extracted with methanol by ultrasonic processing,separated by quick UPLC,and detected by quadrupole mass spectrometry with daughters scan mode.RESULTS The retention times of sibutramine,N-desmethyl sibutramine and N,N-di-desmethyl sibutramine were 1.29,0.97 and 0.92 min,respectively.Twenty-one samples of all 65 slimming fo...
