| 摘 要： | 目的:研究以硝酸咪康唑、地塞米松、丹皮酚为主药的咪松酚乳凝胶处方及其制备工艺。方法:通过油相(蓖麻油)量、水相(水∶甘油)量、乳化剂(聚山梨酯-80)量等为影响因素,以综合质量评定为评价指标,采用正交设计试验,优选咪松酚乳凝胶处方及其制备工艺。结果:优选工艺为油相(蓖麻油)为5mL,水相(水∶甘油)为32.5mL∶8mL,乳化剂(聚山梨酯-80)为1mL。结论:筛选的工艺制备出的凝胶质量稳定,操作简单。
