眼球穿孔伤并发眼内炎的危险因素分析

目的 探讨眼球穿孔伤后发生眼内炎的危险因素。方法回顾性分析455例457只眼眼球穿孔伤患者的资料，探讨发生眼内炎的危险因素。结果457只眼中发生眼内炎39只眼，占8．5％，眼内炎的发生与穿孔伤创口的感染、晶状体的损伤、眼内异物存留时间过长、清创缝合时间过晚及未及时合理使用抗炎、抗感染药物等因素有关。结论及时诊断和及早合理治疗是防止和减少眼球穿孔伤后发生眼内炎的关键。

Discussion on Dangerous Factors of Endophthalmitis after Perforating Injury of Eyeball

Objective The dangerous factors were discussed and analysed about perforating injury of eyeball resulting in endophthalmitis. Methods The patients' data were recalled and analysed in 455 cases (457eyes), and the dangerous factors resulting in endophthalmitis discussed. Result Among 457 eyes,39 eyes (8.5%) resulted in endophthalmitis,and endophthalmitis was connected with infection of perforating injury of eyeball, injury of lens, too long time about the retained intraocular foreign body, too late time about sterilization as well as suture and the unreasonable use of the medicines for anti-infection and anti-inflammation. Conclusion The key of preventing and decreasing endophthalmitis is that the doctor makes a diagnosis in time and gives a reasonable treatment earlier for the patient after injury.
