| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨小腿外侧筋膜皮瓣在胫前骨外露修复中的效果。方法：采用小腿外侧深筋膜皮瓣修复胫前骨外露19例。结果：皮瓣成活，骨外露区缺损软组织愈合。经3～6月随访未见病灶复发。结论：采用小腿外侧深筋膜皮瓣修复胫前骨外露具有手术安全、皮瓣切取容易、操作简单，不用吻合血管神经，省时省力，远期效果好。

| Abstract: | Objective：To discuss the clinical effect of repairing exposed anterior tibial bone. Methods：19 cases of soft tissue defects on anterior tibial bone were repaired with the anterolateral deep fascia flap graft. The flap sizes ranged from 4 cm×5 cm to 6 cm×9 cm. Results：10 cases of exposed anterior tibial bone were successfully repaired. Conclusion ：This method is easy with good long-term results without anastomosis of ressels and nerves. |
