| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨糖皮质激素治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。方法：用随机双盲双模拟对照试验，采用糖皮质激素治疗突发性耳聋80例，静脉滴注地塞米松20mg／d，3d后逐渐减量，7～10d为1疗程，对照组70例，并做好病人的心理护理，给予积极有效的健康教育及消除影响治疗效果的不良因素。结果：治疗后纯音测听示激素治疗组听力恢复有效率73．75％，对照组有效率55．71％（P〈0．05）。结论：联合糖皮质激素治疗突发性耳聋可明显改善听力。

| Abstract: | Objective ：To investigate the effect of glucocorticoid in the treatment of sudden deafness. Methods：A double-blind double-simulate randomized controlled clinical trail was conducted. 80 cases in the glueocorticoid treatment group of sudden deafness were given intravenously dexamethasone 20 mg/d, after 3 d decreasing dose gradually ,7-10 d for a course of treatment. 70 cases in the control group were given good psychologieal nursing, positive and effective health education and the elimination of the adverse factors affeeling the curative effect. Results：The total effective rate of hormone therapy group was 73.75% ,that of control group was 55.71% ,and the difference was significant. Conclusion： Glueoeorticoid treatment of sudden deafness can improve heating. |
