剖宫产率增高的原因分析与对策

目的：探讨逐年来剖官产率增高的因素，寻求降低剖官产率及加强孕期保健的最佳应对措施。方法：对我院近3年来925例剖官产病例进行回顾性分析：统计并计算各因素的构成比。结果：难产，妊娠并发症及合并症，社会因素，瘢痕子宫，臀位依次居前5位。结论：未严格掌握好手术指征及无指征的剖宫产使剖官产率居高不下。降低剖宫产率，需要提高处理产科并发症和合并症的能力，提高阴道助产技术水平，严格掌握剖宫产指征等多方面努力；其次，需要加强孕产期保健，加强健康教育宣传，降低社会因素引起的剖宫产。

Analysis and countermeasure of increasing cesarean section rate

Objective：To explore the factors of increasing cesarean section rate, and to find the best of decreasing cesarean section rate and strengthening the health care during pregnancy.Methods ：925 patients were involved into the retrospective analysis.And the composition ratios were calculated and analysed. Results：Dystocia,preganancy complications, social factors,uterine scar and breech presentation were followed by top five.Conclusion：Not strictly holding surgical indications and none indications of cesarean section made cesarean section rate remain high.To decrease the cesarean section rate,firstly,abilities of dealing with obstetric complications should be enhanced;vagina midwifery skill levels should be improved ;indications for cesarean section should be strictly grasped.Secondly,maternal healthies should be needed to strengthen.Healthy education and propaganda should be needed to intensify. Cesarean sections caused by social factors should be lowered.
