氢氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察．

目的：评价不稳定心绞痛常规治疗基础上联合使用氢氯吡格雷治疗对于心绞痛症状和心电图的影响。方法：将78例不稳定心绞痛患者分为受试组（氢氯吡格雷加常规治疗）和对照组（常规治疗组）,观察用药期间心绞痛和心电图变化情况。结果：受试组心绞痛发作次数显著减少,受试组心电图ST段较对照组改善差异有统计学意义。结论：氢氯吡格雷在不稳定心绞痛常规治疗基础上可进一步缓解心绞痛症状和改善心电图。

Clinical observation on treating unstable angina with clopidogrel bisulfate

Objective：To evaluate the influence of combined use of elopidogrel bisulfate to angina symptoms and ECG based on the conventional treatment in untable angina. Methods：78 eases of unstable angina were divided into experimental group （elopidogrel bisul- fate plus conventional therapy） and control group （conventional therapy） to observe angina and ECG changes during the medication. Re- stilts：The experimental group significantly reduced the number of seizures,experimental group＇s ECG-ST improvement was significant than that of control group,the difference had statistical significance,Conclusion：Based on the conventional therapy,joint use of elopidogrel bisulfate can further alleviate the symptoms of angina and improve the electrocardiogram in the patients with unstable angina
