通心络治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察

目的：观察通心络治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法：将64例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组各32例，两组患者均给予常规基础治疗：口服肠溶阿斯匹林、B受体阻滞剂、心痛定、低分子右旋糖酐500ml加复方丹参注射液20ml，静脉滴注，1次/日。观察组在此基础上加服通心络胶囊4粒／次，30：，日。对照组则给予肌苷0．2g，每日3次口服。两组均以4W为1个疗程。观察两组用药前后患者症状、心电图的改变，检测血液流变学和血脂指标的变化。结果：观察组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．05），观察组血液流变学指标和血脂指标均比对照组明显改善（P均〈0．05）。结论：通心络胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效显著，明显改善血液流变学和血脂指标．具有广阔的应用前景。

Cfinical observation on Tongxinluo Capsule in Wearing unstable angina pectoris

Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect of Tongxinluo Capsule in treating unstable angina pectoris（UAP）.Methods： 64 patients with UAP were randomly divided into observation group （n=32）and control group （n=32）. Both groups were given routine treatment,Tongxinluo Capsule was taken orally in observation group in addition. After a treatment course of four weeks,the changes of symptoms,ECG and indexes of hemorheology and blood fat were observed.Results：The total effective rate in observation group was superior to that in control group.Conelusion：Tongxinluo Capsule has a good effe,.ct on treating unstable angina pectoris.
