| 摘 要： | 目的：建立紫外分光光度法测定盐酸克林霉素胶囊溶出度的方法。方法：以0．1mol／L的盐酸作为溶出介质，转速为100r·min-1，紫外分光光度法测定溶出量，检测波长为201nm。结果：在12．1—72．7μg/ml内呈良好的线性关系，r=0．9990，精密度RSD为0．12％（n=6）。结论：本方法简单快速，准确稳定，可用于盐酸克林霉素胶囊溶出度。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish a determination method of dissolution of Clindamycin Hydrochloride Capsules by UV method. Methods：0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid was used as dissolution medium and the apparatus was operated at the rate of 100 r min-1.The UV method was used. The detection wavelength was at 201 nm.Results：A good linear relationship was obtained when the detection concentration range was 12.1-72.7 μg/mlg （r= 0.9990）;the RSD was 0.12%（ n=6）.Conclusion：The method is rapid, simple and accurate,which can be used for determining the dissolution of Clindamycin Hyduochloride Capsules. |
