| 摘 要： | 目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定心痛灵颗粒中次乌头碱的含量。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱Agilent Extent—C18柱（250nm×4．6nm，5μm），流动相为乙腈：0．05％二乙胺水（40：60），波长240nm。结果：次乌头碱浓度O．009-0．144mg/ml呈良好的线性关系，平均回收率为96．16％，相对标准偏差为2．07％。结论：该方法准确、灵敏、重复性好，可用于心痛灵颗粒的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective：To determine the content of hypaconitine in Xintongling Granules.Methods：HPLC was applied for determination of hypaconitin in Xintongling Granules and Agilent Extent-C18 column （250 nm×4.6 nm,5 μm） was used with the mobile phase of methyl cyanide -0.05% diethylamine （40：60） and the detecting wavelength of 240nm.Results：The standard curves for hypaconitine are linear over the rang of 0.009-0.144mg/mL.The mean recovery was 96.16%（RSD=2.07%）.Conclusion：The method is accurate, sensitive and reproductive, which can be used as a quality control of Xintongling Granules. |
