摘    要:目的建立同时测定舒胸速释微丸中羟基红花黄色素A、阿魏酸、三七皂苷R1和人参皂苷Rg14种化学成分含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以乙腈(A)和质量分数为0.05%的磷酸水溶液(B)作流动相,梯度洗脱;柱温:30℃;流速:1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长:203 nm。结果羟基红花黄色素A、阿魏酸、三七皂苷R1和人参皂苷Rg1的线性范围分别为1.88~37.50 mg.L-1(r=0.999 7),0.91~18.20 mg.L-1(r=0.999 5),2.25~45.00 mg.L-1(r=0.999 5)和15.10~302.00 mg.L-1(r=0.999 8),平均加样回收率(n=9)分别为97.3%、97.8%、98.7%和98.5%,RSD为1.8%、1.5%、1.4%和1.8%。结论HPLC法可为舒胸速释微丸提供含量测定的方法。

Abstract:Objective To determine four bioactive component in Shuxiong tinypill(traditional Chinese medicines),namely hydroxysafflower yellow A,ferulic acid, notoginsenoside R1 and ginsenoside Rg1 quantitively.Methods The sepearation was performed on a Kromasil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0.05%(w) phosphoric acid for gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0ml·min-1 and the column temperature was set at 30 ℃.Results This method was applied to determination 4 bioactive components in Shuxiong tinypill successfully.The standard curves were linear over the rages of 1.88-37.50 mg·L-1 for hydroxysafflower yellow A (r=0.999 7),0.91-18.20 mg·L-1 for ferulic acid(r=0.999 5), 2.25-45.00 mg·L-1 for notoginsenoside R1(r=0.999 5),15.10-302.00 mg·L-1 for ginsenoside Rg1(r=0.999 8),respectively;RSD was 1.8%,1.5%,1.4% and 1.8%, respectively.Conclusion The method is simple and can be used as a quality control method for Shuxiong tinypill.
