蟾酥注射液治疗原发性肺癌疼痛的疗效分析

目的研究蟾酥注射液治疗原发性肺癌疼痛的疗效及不良反应。方法选取2007年1月至2013年7月就诊的85例肺癌疼痛患者,采用随机区组设计方案,分为治疗组(43例)和对照组(42例)。治疗组患者采用静脉滴注蟾酥注射液10²0ml,1次/d。对照组患者口服曲马多缓释片10020ml,1次/d。对照组患者口服曲马多缓释片100²00mg,每12小时1次。观察两组患者的疗效和不良反应。结果治疗组患者完全缓解16例(37.2%),部分缓解13例(30.2%),轻度缓解4例(9.3%),总有效率为76.7%。对照组患者完全缓解15例(35.7%),部分缓解16例(38.1%),轻度缓解4例(9.5%),总有效率为83.3%。两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组有2例患者出现不良反应,对症治疗后即可缓解,不影响继续用药及疗效。对照组有5例出现不良反应,其中3例自行缓解,2例对症治疗后即可缓解,不影响继续用药及疗效。结论蟾酥注射液有镇痛作用,不良反应轻,兼有抗肿瘤、提高免疫力等作用,是理想的治疗肺癌疼痛的药物。

Analysis of effects in primary lung carcinoma associated pain with chansu injection

Objective To study the curative and side effect of Chansu injection on pain of primary lung carcinoma.Methods 85 primary lung carcinoma patients were selected from January 2007 to July2013,randomly divided into groups of Chansu injection treat group（ n = 43） and Tramadol sustained-release tablet observation group（ n = 42）.Chansu injection was infused via vein for 10-20 ml /d; Tramadol sustained-release tablet was given 100-200 mg every 12 h.Side effects and analgesia effect were observed.Results The total effect of treat group was 76.7%,including 16 cases of complete remission（ CR）,13 cases of partial remission（ PR）,4 cases of minor remission（ MR）.The total effect of observation group was 83.3%,including 15 cases of CR,16 cases of PR,4 cases of MR.No statistically difference was found between the two groups.The side effect of treatment group was nausea（ 2cases） and it can be cured.Conclusion Chansu injection is effective to control pain of primary lung carcinoma.It can also improve immunity and treat tumors,which is a safe and perfect drug to control pain.
