北京市民急救意识和培训需求现况调查

目的了解北京地区市民急救意识和对急救培训的需求。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法,应用自行设计的调查表,调查不同地区的北京市民,共回收有效问卷3087份。结果北京市民知道120电话用途的占97.67%;在发生意外事故后,能够迅速拨打急救电话的占31.00%;参加过急救培训的占12.93%;迫切希望参加培训的占59.31%;最希望的急救培训形式为看电视学习。结论北京地区急救培训已经取得一定效果,但还需要进一步加强对居民的急救培训力度和广度。急救培训需要满足不同地区、不同年龄阶段居民的需求,应用电视这一大众传媒工具,为广大居民提供可及性更高的急救培训。

Investigation on the awareness and training needs for emergency of Beijing citizens

Objective To survey the Beokomg citizens awareness and demand for medical traomomg program of with emergency. Method Three thousand and eighty-sevedn Beijing citizens from various areas were selected by using stratified random sampling and were surveyed by the questionnaires. Results 97.67% of subjects had the idea of using 120 hotline, and 31.00%could dial 120 hotline as soon as accident happened, 12.93% had ever taken part in medical training program for emergency rescue, 59.31% hoped to attend the training program in the future, and the television was considered to be the best way of teaching program. Conclusions Though some progress has been achieved in the medical for emergency rescue in Beijing, more work should be done both in strength and in extensiveness . The medical training program should meet the requirements of the citizens from various areas. and we should offer more accessible medical teaching program for emergency rescue for citizens through television.
