降糖通络片治疗糖尿病周围神经病变60例临床研究

目的:评价降糖通络片治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)临床疗效。方法:120例DPN患者随机分成降糖通络片治疗组和弥可保片对照组,治疗8周,观察其治疗前后临床症状、体征、神经传导速度的变化。结果:两组DPN患者临床症状及体征均有不同程度的改善,治疗组有效率86.67%;对照组有效率68.33%。治疗后两组病人SNCV较治疗前均有显著提高(P<0.01),且治疗组SNCV提高的幅度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在降糖治疗的基础上,加服具有益气养阴、活血通络之功的降糖通络片,能够改善局部的血液循环,缓解临床症状,提高神经传导速度。

60 Cases of Diabetes Peripheral Neuropathy Treated in the Decreasing Sugar and Removing Collaterals Obstruction Tablets

Objective:to evaluate the effect of the decreasing sugar and removing collaterals obstruction tablets to treat the diabetes peripheral neuropathy.Method:120 cases were divided into treatment and control randomly.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.The clinical symptom,physical sign and change of nerve conduction velocity were observed before and after treatment.Result:the total effective rate was 86.67% in treatment and 68.33% in control.Conclusion:the decreasing sugar and removing collaterals obstruction tablets have the function to improve partial blood circulation and relieve clinical symptom and raise nerve conduction velocity.
