内毒素对大鼠肾微血管超微结构损害及活血化瘀药的作用

摘    要:
目的:探讨内毒素对肾微血管的损伤及活血化瘀药的保护作用。方法:选健康Wistar大鼠(180-220g)40只,随机均分为正常对照组(NS),模型组(LPS),地塞米松组(Dex)和活血化瘀药组(AMRS)。电镜观察肾小管周微血管内皮细胞的超微结构变化。并比较其变化的程度。结果:LPS组肾微血管损伤比Dex组和AMRS组更为严重,内皮细胞功能不良,溶解,消失,细胞间间隙扩大,Dex组的病变,较LPS组明显减轻,AMRS组的微血管内皮细胞超微结构趋于正常,内皮细胞的病变最为轻微。结论:LPS对肾微血管内皮细胞的损伤是严重的,活血化瘀药对内毒素休克中的大鼠肾微血管内皮细胞具有保护作用。

Abstract:
Objective: To study ultrastructural damages of the microvasculature of rat kidney by endotoxin induced, and the protective effect of activating microcirculation and removing stasis medicinal herbs.Methods: Forty Wistar rats were divided randomly into four groups: controls (NS), endotoxin shock group (LPS), dexamethasone treated group (Dex), and activating microcirculation and removing stasis medicinal herbs treated group(AMRS).Electron microscope was used to assess the ultrastructural lesions of the microvasculature of rat kidney.Results: Much more severe damages in the microvasculature in LPS group than that of the Dex and AMRS group were revealed.The endothelial cells was injured and showed dysfunctions, lysis,until disappeare of the microvasculature, and enlargied intercellular space in LPS group.Dex group compared with LPS group disclosed lightly in microvascular lesion.AMRS group microvascular lesion was the most light among three groups. Ultrastructural feature of the endothelail cells tended to be normal.Conclusion: Ultrastructural damages of endothelial cells of kidney was severe by LPS induced. AMRS possess the protective effects on endothelial during endotoxin shock.
