| 摘 要： | 电力蓄能是响应国家节能减排的号召而产生的,指利用夜间的峰谷电力进行能量蓄积,待白天用电高峰时发散使用的一项有力的措施手段,既可以平衡电力负荷,又可以节省能源,对于保护有限资源、减少耗能污染起到积极作用。

Application of Energy Saving and Emission Reduction in the Hospital Building |

| Abstract: | Power storage is a powerful measure, which generated in response to the call of the national energy saving and emission reduction. It makes use of the peak valley electricity power of nighttime to accumulate energy, then diverge and use the energy in the day. The measure is both balance the power load and save energy, it plays an active function on limited resources protection and reduce energy consumption and pollution. |
