还原型谷胱甘肽联合腺苷蛋氨酸治疗妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症临床分析

目的：探讨还原型谷胱甘肽联合腺苷蛋氨酸治疗妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症的临床效果。方法：选择84例妊娠肝内胆汁淤积患者,随机分为治疗组及对照组,两组患者均给予腺苷蛋氨酸治疗,治疗组另给予还原型谷胱甘肽,比较两组患者治疗4周后的临床治疗效果,肝功能治疗及不良妊娠结局发生率。结果：治疗4周后,治疗组临床有效率为97.6%,对照组临床有效率为90.5%,治疗组临床有效率高于对照组,治疗组患者血清ALT、AST、TBIL、DBIL水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。治疗组胎儿不良妊娠结局发生率为2.38%,对照组不良妊娠结局为11.90%,治疗组不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论：还原型谷胱甘肽能够减轻妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症的肝功能损伤,降低血清胆红素水平,减少不良妊娠结局的发生概率。

Clinical analysis of glutathione combinated ademetionine on intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of glutathione combinated ademetionine on intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy （ICP）. Methods： Chose 84 cases of patients with ICP and randomized into therapy groups and control groups, all patients received treatment with ademetionine, patients in therapy groups received with glutathione in addition, course of treatment was 4 weeks, clinical effect, liver function and unhealth pregnancy outcome were contrasted between therapy groups and control groups. Results： After 4 weeks, effective power was 97.6% in therapy groups and was 90.5% in control groups, effective power was higher in therapy groups than in control groups, level of ALT, AST, TBIL, DBIL and TBA was lower in therapy groups than in control groups, fetal adverse pregnacy outcome in therapy group was 2.38%, in control group was 11.90%, incidence ratio of unhealth pregnancy outcome was lower in therapy groups than in control groups. Conclusion： Glutathione can decreased injury of liver function in ICP, decreased level of bile pigments, decreased ncidence ratio of unhealth pregnancy outcome.
