| 摘 要： | 免疫反应异常是多数原发性和继发性肾小球疾病重要的发病机制之一,因此免疫抑制剂在肾脏病治疗中占有十分重要的地位。探索新型免疫抑制剂,了解其作用机制,研究其适用范围,有利于提高疗效并减少副作用,对临床医学的发展具有重要的意义。本文将对近年来肾脏病中应用的新型免疫抑制剂的作用机制、临床疗效及最新研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Immunoreaction abnormity is one of the pathogenesises of most primary and secondary glomerular diseases. Immunosuppressive agents play an important role in the treatment of kidney diseases. Researching the mechanism and indication of neotype immunosuppressive agents are beneficial to improve the curative effects and decrease the rate of adverse effects and have an important meaning for the development of clinical medicine. This paper aims at reviewing the mechanism and clinical effect of some neotype immunosuppressive agents widely used in kidney diseases. |
