| 摘 要： | 目的分析ELISA检测血清抗心磷脂抗体(ACA)的方法学影响因素,并对实验条件进行优化。方法用间接ELISA检测559份血清ACA水平,并以欧蒙公司标准品标定临界值,用以判定结果。结果对检测方法进行了优化,本试验特异性为96.4%(503/522),敏感性为89.2%(33/37),临床诊断符合率为96.2%(538/559)。结论优化后的ELISA法检测ACA具有敏感、特异、简便快速、重复性佳的特点,可用于血清ACA水平的常规检测。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze influencing factors on an ELISA for detecting anticardiolipin antibodies(ACA) in serum and to improve test procedures.Methods ACA in 559 serum samples was detected by indirect ELISA,in which the standard certificated by Confederation of Euroimmun also served as cut-off value.Result The technical comparison and improvement of method for detecting ACA were accomplished with the specificity of 96.7%(503/522),sensitivity of 89.2%(33/37) and clinical coincidence of 96.2%(538/559).Conclusions... |
