| 摘 要： | 肾脏是富含线粒体、高能量需求的器官。在生理条件下,线粒体内存在多种质量控制机制以维持线粒体稳态、 保持细胞器结构和功能的完整性;而在急性肾损伤和慢性肾脏病中线粒体稳态失衡,介导了上述疾病的发生和发展。本文综述了线粒体功能障碍在急性肾损伤和慢性肾脏病中的作用与线粒体靶向治疗的最新研究进展。

| Abstract: | Kidney is an organ with an abundant mitochondria and high energy demand. Various quality control mechanisms exist in mitochondria to maintain mitochondrial homeostasis and the integrity and function of the organelles under physiological conditions. However, under pathological conditions of acute kidney injuries (AKIs) and chronic kidney diseases (CKDs), unbalanced mitochondrial homeostasis exist and play important roles in mediating kidney dysfunction. This article reviews the role of mitochondrial dysfunction in the pathogenesis of kidney diseases and summarizes recent advances in mitochondrial-targeted therapy. |
