硒锌的协同作用对心肌保护的实验研究

本文叙述了在低硒富锰饲料中补充硒或锌对大鼠心肌损伤的影响。实验表明，补充硒或锌均能使大鼠组织谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性升高，脂质过氧化物含量显著下降，尤其是以硒与锌的联合补充使上述变化更甚。另一方面，单纯补充硒或锌均能提高心肌细胞色素氧化酶及琥珀酸脱氢酶活性，显著降低心肌钙含量，心肌坏死检出率和坏死面积有降低和缩小趋势。硒与锌的联合补充对提高酶活性及降低心肌坏死检出率的影响也较单纯补硒或补锌为佳。

Synergic Effect between Selenium and Zinc on Protecting Myocardium Against Lesion

This paper reported dietary supplements of selenium or zinc to protect myocardium against lesion induced by sodium nitrite in low selenium and rich manganese diet.The experiment results showed that glutathione peroxidase activity was increased and lipid peroxidase was decreased significantly in individual selenium and zinc supplement group.When selenium and zinc supplement were combined. They exhibited greatest protection against lipid peroxidation.On the other hand,activity of cytochrome oxidase and succinate dehydrogenase of myocardial cell were higher and lesion rate of myocardium was markedly decreased in combined supplements group than those of individual antioxidant groups.
