通心络对急性脑梗死患者血清IL-1、IL-6水平影响的临床研究

目的研究通心络对急性脑梗死患者血清IL-1、IL-6水平的影响,探讨其治疗急性脑梗死的机制。方法 120例急性脑梗死患者随机分成通心络组和常规对照组,两周后观察疗效和血清IL-1、IL-6水平的变化。结果通心络组有效率95%,对照组有效率75%,两组差异有显著性(P0.01);急性脑梗死患者血清IL-1、IL-6浓度明显高于正常对照组,差异有显著性(P0.01);治疗2周后两组患者IL-1、IL-6均显著下降,且通心络组的IL-1、IL-6降低幅度显著大于常规对照组,差异有显著性(P0.01)。结论通心络能显著降低急性脑梗死患者血清IL-1、IL-6水平,疗效显著。

Clinical study on the impact of Tong Xin Luo against acute cerebral infarction serum IL-1, IL-6 levels

Objective:To explore the mechanism of Tong Xin Luo in treating acute cerebral infarction.Methods: 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the Tong Xin Luo group and the control group;efficacy and serum IL-1,IL-6 level changes were observed after two weeks.The effective rate was 95% in the Tong Xin Luo group;75% in the control group;differences was significant(P<0.01);Acute cerebral infarction Serum IL-1,IL-6 concentration was significantly higher than the control group;differences was significant(P<0.01);after 2 weeks of treatment,IL-1,IL-6 were significantly decreased in the two groups,IL-1,IL-6 reduce higher in the Tong Xin Luo group;differences was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion: Tong Xin Luo could significantly reduce IL-1,IL-6 levels,effect is significant.
