尿毒症患者血液透析的心理护理

目的：分析并探讨长期血液透析患者的心理特征及护理要点。方法：回顾性分析山西省人民医院从2007年7月至2010年7月进行血液透析的68例尿毒症患者的心理情况，总结护理干预经验。结果：68例患者存在着不同程度的心理问题，其中恐惧、焦虑25例，悲观、失望19例，抑郁24例。通过开展健康教育等方式，建立良好的护患关系，有效地增强了对患者的心理护理的效果。结论：加强对尿毒症血透患者的心理护理，不仅可以增强患者对治疗的信心，还可以提高患者临床血透质量，取得了较好的临床效果。

Psychological Care of Uremic Patients in Hemodialysis

Objective: To investigate the psychological characteristics of uremic patients in long-term hemodialysis and care points.Methods: Psychological changes of 68 cases of hemodialysis patients were retrospectively analyzed from July 2007 to July 2010 in Shanxi Provincial People’s Hospital to sum up the experience of the psychological nursing intervention.Results: There were some psychological problems in 68 patients in different levels,including 25 cases of fear and anxiety,19 cases of pessimism and despair,24 cases of depression.Conclusion: For hemodialysis patients over more than one year,through health education and the psychological care,a good doctor-patient relationship can not only be established,but can enhance the confidence of patients,as a result,the quality of patients’ clinical hemodialysis and better clinical results will be also achieved.
