持续性血液透析患者内瘘穿刺方法的临床应用

目的探讨维持性血透患者内瘘穿刺的最佳方法。方法对75例维持性血透患者采用三种方法（直接、间接和针尖斜面向下）穿刺,评估疼痛级别及出血量。结果疼痛以间接穿刺为重;出血量以常规直接穿刺多;针尖斜面向下穿刺出血量少,疼痛轻。结论针尖斜面向下直接穿刺效果好,操作简单,易于推广。

Study on the puncturing ways of arteriovenous internal fistula in maintenance hemodialysis patients

Objective To investigate the best puncturing way of arteriovenous internal fistula in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods Three ways including direct,indirect,the cant of needle head down were applied in maintenance hemodialysis patients.The level of pain and the bleeding volume were observed.Results The patients with indirect puncturing way had the higher level of pain.The patients with direct puncturing way had bigger bleeding volume.The patients with the way of the cant of needle head down had the smallest bleeding volume and the lowest level of pain in the three ways.Conclusion The cant of needle head down is simply and effective for maintenance hemodialysis patients.
