患儿术后硬膜外注入曲马朵镇痛使用剂量的临床研究

目的 研究患儿术后用曲马朵镇痛的使用剂量。方法 择期手术后患儿32例，随机分为A、B两组（每组16例），硬膜外注入曲马朵观察镇痛效果，其中A组注入曲马朵1mg/kg,B组注入曲马朵1.5mg/kg，其它用药相同。结果 A、B两组用药后的R、VT、SpO2无显著差异，A、B两组在用药后的镇痛效果的差异无统计学意义，但B组的副作用明显强于A组。结论 小儿硬膜外一次性注入曲马朵进行术后镇痛安全、可靠，为减少副作用，曲马朵用量以1mg/kg为佳。

A Clinical Study about Dosage of Tramadol by Extras-cleromeningeal Injection in Babies for Analgesia after Operation

Objective Study the analgesic dosage of tramadol used in babies after operation.Methods Choose 32 ill babies after operation which are averagely divided into two groups (16/p.g.).Observe the analgesic effect after extrascleromeningeal injection of tramadol in different dosage which were 1mg/kg for group A and 1.5mg/kg for group B.Other medicines used for two groups were the same.Results There was no remarkable difference of respiratory frequency(R),tidal volume(VT),and SpO 2 before or after using tramadol in both two groups.And there was no statistical sense of difference between the analgesic effect in two groups.However,the side effect of group B (with dosage of 1.5mg/kg) is obviously stronger than that of group A (with 1mg/kg).Conclusion In order to reduce side effect,it is better to use tramadol by the dosage 1mg/kg.
