硫糖铝混悬液的临床疗效观察

目的：研究硫糖铝混悬液对消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法：治疗组65例患者（38例十二指肠溃疡、27例胃溃疡）用硫糖铝混悬液10ml（2克），每日2次，对照组32例患者（21例十二脂肠溃疡、11例胃溃疡）用硫糖铝片剂4片（1．0克），每日4次。胃溃疡组疗程六周，十二指肠溃疡组疗程四周。结果：胃溃疡混悬液组总有效率为92．5％，片剂组为72．7％，两组间有显著差异；十二指肠溃疡混悬液组总有效率为89．5％，片剂组为71．4％，两组间有显著差异。结论：对于消化溃疡，硫糖铝混悬液疗效明显优于片剂。

INVESTIGATION ON THE THERAPEUTIC EFFECTS OF SUCRALFATE SUSPENSION ON THE PEPTIC ULCER

Objective To study the therapeutic effects of sucralfate suspension on peptic ulcer Methods 65 cases of peptic (38 duodenal, 27 gastric) ulcer were treated with sucralfate suspension, the dose was 10ml(2. 0g) bid. Other 32 cases of peptic (21 duodenal, 11 gastric) ulcer were collected as contro and treated with sucralfate tablet, 4tablets(1. 0g) qid. The courses of treatment were 6 weeks for gastric ulcer and 4 weeks for duedenal ulcer. Results The total effective rates of the suspension and tablet to the gastric ulcer were 92. 5 % and 72. 7 % respectively, and the two rates had significant statistied differnce(P < 0. 05). The total effective rates of the two hage forms to the duodenal ulcer wer 89. 5 % and 71. 4 % respectively, and their difference was also sighficant(p < 0. 001).Conclusion The sucralfate suspension is superir to the tablet in the treatment for peptic ulcer.
