| 摘 要： | 目的：观察了卡维地洛治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法：将40例充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为卡维地洛组和常规治疗组，卡维地洛组在常规抗心衰治疗的基础上给予卡维地洛；常规治疗组采用安慰剂加常规抗心衰治疗，观察6个月后的治疗效果。结果：治疗6个月后卡维地洛组的心率、血压和心功能改善情况与常规治疗组相比均有显著差异。结论：卡维地洛对充血性心力衰竭的治疗有显著效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of carvedilol in the treatment of congestive heart failure (CHF).Methods Fourty patients with CHF were randomly divided into carvedilol group and routine treatment group.The former was given carvedilol besides routine treatment,the latter placebo plus routine tneatment.A period of six months' therapeutic effect was observed.Results After six months,There was a significant difference in the improvement of heart rate,blood pressure and cardiac function between the two groups.Conclusion Carvedilol was significantly effective against CHF. |
