活血芳香开窍醒脑法治疗重型颅脑损伤昏迷52例疗效观察

目的观察活血芳香开窍醒脑法治疗重型颅脑损伤昏迷的临床疗效。方法将102例重型颅脑损伤昏迷的患者随机分为2组,治疗组52例在西医常规治疗的基础上加用活血芳香开窍醒脑法治疗;对照组50例采用单纯西医常规治疗。2组均10d为1个疗程,3个疗程后统计疗效。观察2组临床症状、体征、清醒例数及清醒时间。结果治疗组总有效率80.77%,对照组总有效率52.00%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组优于对照组。2组治疗后10d中度昏迷、浅昏迷患者苏醒情况与本组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗后优于治疗前;2组治疗后10d中度昏迷患者苏醒情况比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组优于对照组。2组治疗后转醒例数、转醒时间比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论活血芳香开窍醒脑法治疗重型颅脑损伤昏迷疗效确切。

Observation of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy on severe craniocerebral injury exanimation

Objective To investigate the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy on severe craniocerebral injury exanimation. Methods 102 cases of severe craniocerebral injury exanimation were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group （ n = 50） were treated by routine therapy. Patients in treatment group （ n = 52） were treated by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy. The course was ten days in two groups. After three courses,clinical symptoms,sign,awake cases and awake time were observed and recorded. Results The total effective rate in treatment group （80. 77% ） was higher than that in control group （52. 00%,P〈 0. 05）. There were obvious differences between before and after treatment on consciousness,including moderate exanimation and superficial coma. The improvement of consciousness （including awake cases and awake time） in treatment group were superior to those in control group （ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy has definite effect on craniocerebral injury exanimation.
