| 摘 要： | 目的探讨各级别子宫颈上皮内瘤变中（cervical intraepithial neoplasia,CIN）,宫颈鳞癌中p73和血管内皮生长因子（vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF）的表达及其相关性。方法采用18例慢性宫颈炎作为对照组,CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ标本各16例及宫颈鳞癌标本30例。用免疫组织化学方法检测p73和VEGF在不同宫颈病变的表达,来揭示其在宫颈病变中的表达意义及相关性。结果p73表达于细胞核,并随着宫颈病变级别的升高,表达增加。VEGF表达在细胞浆,其表达程度随宫颈病变的进展而逐渐增加。二者有显著相关性（r=0.90,P〈0.05）。结论宫颈病变过程中p73和VEGF之间存在相关性,联合检测可以为提高宫颈癌的早期诊断率提供帮助。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression and distribution of p73 and VEGF protein in chronic cervicitis,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)and cervical cancer,and to analyze their correlations.
