氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗肾性高血压的疗效观察

目的分析氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗肾性高血压的疗效。方法2011年7月至2012年10月来我院治疗的肾．胜高血压患者40例，随机分为观察组与对照组各20例，观察组患者接受氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗，对照组患者接受单纯氨氯地平治疗，治疗1个月后观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为80％，对照组患者的治疗总有效率为65％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗肾性高血压临床效果良好，值得临床推广使用。

Observation on curative effect of amlodipine combined with valsartan in the treatment of renal hypertension

Objective To observe and analyze the curative effect of amlodipine combined with valsartan in the treatment of renal hypertension. Methods From July 2011 to October 2012, the renal hypertension patients admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 20 cases in each group. Observation group received amlodipine combined with valsartan treatment, patients in control group was only given amlodipine therapy, the treatment effects of two groups were observed 1 month later. Results After 1 month of treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 80.0%, that of control group was 65.0%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Amlodipine combined with valsartan in the treatment of renal hypertension has good clinical effect, it is worth for clinical promotion use.
