| 摘 要： | 药物洗脱支架的出现在冠心病血运重建史上具有里程碑式的意义,目前冠心病的介入治疗(PCI)已处于药物洗脱支架(DES)时代。急性冠脉综合征(ACS)有特殊的病理生理机制。如何利用现有初步的DES治疗经验,改进ACS的PCI策略,是目前学术界十分关注的热点问题。现根据循证医学的最新结果,评价了DES在ACS中应用的疗效、安全性,以及在特殊人群中的应用,探讨了药物洗脱支架在ACS治疗中的问题和最新进展。

| Abstract: | The use of drug-eluting stents (DES) in patients for revascularization in the treatment of coronary artery disease is a significant advance. Attention is now focusing on how best to take advantage of current experience with DES and how to improve the techniques of DES. The study evaluates the safety and effectiveness of DES application, based on a large number of clinical trials. The study also discusses the cardiological issues involved, and advances in DES technology. |
