城乡结合部5岁儿童龋病情况调查与分析

目的为确切掌握5岁儿童龋齿发病情况，探明相关因素，切实做好龋病的防治工作。方法对广州市白云区城乡结合部53间托幼园所的5岁2279例儿童进行口腔龋齿专门检查。结果5岁儿童患龋率为47．17％，患龋率与刷牙与否、使用氟化泡沫护齿与否呈正相关。结论龋病发生是多因素的，预防龋齿应采取综合措施。

Survey and Analysis on States of Dental Caries in Children Aged 5 Years in Fringe Area

Objective To definitely understand the incidence of dental caries in children aged 5 years, and identify the associated factors so as to practically do a good job in preventing and curing the dental caries. Methods Special examination on dental caries was performed on the children aged 5 years in 53 nurseries and preschools in the fringe area. Results The incidence rate for dental caries was 47.17% in children aged 5 years, which was directly associated with whether tooth-brushing and use of fluoride foam for preventing decayed tooth or not. Conclusion The incidence of decayed tooth proves to be multi-factorial, and thus the integrated measures should be taken to prevent the decayed tooth in children aged 5 years.
