危重患者抢救小组在临床应用效果中的评价

目的适应急救医学的发展和社会的需要，应对突发性公共卫生事件，合理使用护理人力资源。方法在全院各个科室挑选表现突出，技术全面的护理骨干34人，组成危重患者抢救小组，对其进行思想素质教育，专业知识和技能培训，根据个人专长分为器官移植组、重症监护组和紧急抢救组。结果危重患者抢救小组能较好地配合医院完成突发性公共卫生事件的救治，配合新业务、新技术的开展，满足临床危重患者的护理需求。结论成立危重患者抢救小组，避免了人力资源的浪费，充分发挥了护理骨干的作用，使护理人员成为某一种疾病的护理专家，提升了护理人员的地位。

Evaluation of Effectiveness of Rescue Group for the Critically Ill in Clinical Application

Objective To adapt to the requirement of emergency medicine and society, respond to sudden accident of public health events, and properly administer the human resources. Methods A total of 34 prominent and well-balanced core nurses, selected from varying disciplines in our hospital, constituted the rescue group for the critically ill, and received ideological standard education, specialized knowledge and skill training, followed by division into organ transplantation, intensive care, and first-aid rescue groups on the basis of individual speciality. Results The rescue group for the critically ill cooperated favorably with the hospital to complete the task of rescuing the patients in the sudden accident of public health events, coordinated with novel business and technique, and satisfied the nursing demand of the critically ill in clinic. Conclusion The establishment of the rescue group for the critically ill can avoid wasting the human resources, give full play to core nurse action, and facilitate the nursing staff to become the specialist in some disease as well as enhance the position of them.
