摘    要:目的:研究中药配方颗粒红外指纹图谱的鉴别方法。方法:测试了12种中药配方颗粒丁酮提取物的红外指纹图谱。结果:12种中药配方颗粒分别具有独特而稳定的红外指纹图谱。结论:中药配方颗粒的红外指纹图谱可以作为其质量控制和真伪鉴别的根据。

Abstract:Objective: To identify the Chinese medicinal granule (CMG) by measuring IR fingerprints. Methods : 12 species drugs were extracted with butanone respectively and then the obtained extracts were measured by the FT-IR spectrometer. Results : By IR fingerprint of 12 kinds of CMG, we found that different batches of the same CMG had a stable and repeatable fingerprint. Conclusion : By using IR fingerprint, CMG can be identified. It provides a rapid monitoring for drug identification and quality control.
