| 摘 要： | 目的：评价大黄滴剂对金黄地鼠实验性牙周炎的疗效。方法：将金黄地鼠以钢丝结扎、细菌接种和喂以高糖糊剂的方法致牙周炎。各组动物分别以不点药、点碘甘油和点大黄滴剂处理。感染三周后评价临床和微生物学效果。结果：实验组的唾液隐血指数、菌斑指数和牙槽骨吸收值均明显低于阳性对照组，且有统计学意义；细菌总数少于阳性对照组。结论：大黄滴剂对实验性牙周炎有明显疗效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effect of Rhubarb on experimental periodontitis in golden hamsters.Methods:Golden hamsters were ligated with steel wire,infected with A.v,P.g and F.n and fed a powered high carbohydrate diet to induce periodontitis.Salivary occult blood test,plaque index,measurement of alveolar bone loss,bacterial examination and histological observation were performed 3 weeks after infection Results:Experimental group exhibited significantly lower levels of Salivary Occult Blood (SOB),Plaque Index(PI) and Alveolar Bone Loss (ABL),the total bacteria count was much lower than that of control group.Conclusion:Rhubarb was effective on experimental periodontitis. |
