辅助生殖技术结局的临床相关因素分析

目的:回顾分析辅助生殖技术(IVF/ICSl)中妊娠结局,并对临床相关因素及其对妊娠结局的影响进行分析。方法:收集我院生殖中心2004年1月1日~6月31日176例患者189个辅助生殖周期治疗的临床资料,进行整理统计和分析。结果:种植率、生化妊娠率及临床妊娠率分别为22.97%、33.53%、30.64%;冻融胚胎移植临床妊娠率23.08%,单周期累计临床妊娠率32.37%;妊娠者较未妊娠者年龄轻(P<0.05);年龄≤35岁组较年龄>35岁组妊娠率高(分别为48.98%和11.11%,P<0.05);妊娠史对治疗结局有一定影响。结论:分析IVF/ICSI中影响妊娠结局的临床相关因素将提高种植率和妊娠率。

Pregnant outcome and variables affecting success in IVF/ICSI

Objective:To analyze the pregnancy outcome of in vitro fertilization(IVF)/intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI) and evaluate the variables affecting embryo transfer success or failure.Methods:A retrospective cohort study was conducted.The population under study consisted of 176 consective fresh embryo transfers and 13 frozen embryo transfers.Results:Implantation and clinical pregnancy rates were 22.97% and 30.64% respectively,and the clinical pregnancy rates of frozen embryo transfer were 23.08% which resulted in a cumulative clinical pregnancy rates per cycle of 32.37%.The pregnancy rates were significantly increased in ≤35 years old group compared to that in >35 years old group(48.98% vs 11.11%,P<0.05).The patients who had historic pregnancy would affect the pregnancy outcome in subsequent IVF.Conclusion:An understanding of variables associated with embryo transfer success will enhance the efficiency of IVF/ICSI by maximizing embryo implantation.
