复方莪术对MGC80—3胃癌细胞的影响

摘    要:
采用MTT比色分析,~3H—TdR掺入及电镜观察复方莪术对MGC80—3胃癌细胞的影响。结果发现复方莪术能明显杀伤人低分化胃腺癌MGC80—3细胞,较低浓度即呈现明显细胞毒效应,IC_(50)为1∶150稀释度。~3H—TdR掺入试验表明:复方莪术能明显抑制MGC80—3胃癌细胞DNA的合成,掺入抑制率为78.5%。透射电镜下发现实验组细胞膜破裂,胞浆消失,呈裸核。

Abstract:
This article used MTT colorimetric assay,3H -TdR incorporation assay and electronmicroscopy to observe effect of compound zedoary on extracorpored stomach cancer cells MGC80-3.The result showed that compound zedoary killed obviously human poor differentiation adenocarcinoma of cytotoxicity and its IC50 was 1:150 diluent. It had been observed in the incorporation of 3H-TdR assay that compound zedoary could inhibite significantly the DNA synthesis of MGC80-3 cell, which its inhibition rate was 78. 5 percent. Electron microscopy observation revealed that cells of the experiment group were injured and naked karyon was found.
