109人发角蛋白人工腱-特制生物膜复合体的实验研究

摘    要:目的研究109人发角蛋白(109HH)人工腱-特制生物膜复合体植入体内的可行性。方法制备可吸收性109HH人工腱和特制的腱膜,并将人工腱-腱膜复合体或单纯人工腱植入兔体内,于不同时间点观察植入物的变化。结果109HH人工腱-特制生物膜复合体被逐渐吸收,并逐渐被正常肌腱替代,与周围组织无粘连,未见瘢痕组织形成。结论该复合体植入体内是可行性的。

Abstract:Objective To study the feasibility of in vivo implantation of an epitendineum-109 human hair (109HH) artificial tendon composite. Methods An absorbable epitendineum-109HH artificial tendon complex was implanted into rabbits to observe its changes at different time points. In control groups, 109HH artificial tendons or the artificial tendon-Dacron complex were implanted instead. Results and Conclusion The epitendieum-109HH artificial tendon complex was gradually but finally completely absorbed by the surrounding tissues to be replaced by normal tendon without conglutination or scar formation, approving the feasibility of the implantation of epitendineum-109 human hair artificial tendon complex in vivo.
