血站采血人员职业风险因素的分析与防护

目的分析血站采血人员职业风险因素并探讨其防护措施。方法自行设计问卷调查表。对从事采血岗位及初筛检验岗位的人员进行职业风险因素的调查。结果共发放51份调查表,收回51份,有效率100%。职业风险因素中以针刺伤最多,占51.39%,其次是血液泄漏,占33.33%,接触被血液污染的物品占15.28%。结论随着AIDS等经血液传播疾病感染人数的增加,鉴于血站采血人员工作中长期与血液接触,有必要在做好本职工作的同时加强自我防护意识,降低血液感染的机率。积极研究采血工作中常见的职业风险因素,掌握各个岗位职业风险的防护措施,提高职业的健康安全概念。

Analysis on Occupational Risk Factors for Blood Collection Healthcare Workers and Relevant Protective Strategy

Objective To investigate the occupational risk factors for blood collection healthcare workers and discuss relevant protective measures.Methods Interview with self-designed questionnaire in Shenzhen blood centre among blood collection nurses and pre-donation laboratory technologists.Results 51 questionnaires were distributed and 51 were collected,the efficiency rate was 100%. Among the risk factors,accidental venupuncture was the main risk factor,with a ratio of 51.39%. Following risks are blood leakage from the blood bag,contact with blood-stained stuff with a ratio of 33.33%,15.28% respectively.Conclusion With the rapid growth of blood transfusion transmitted disease,for blood collection healthcare workers who had a close contact with blood,it is necessary for them to be aware of the danger of the above risk factors and protect themselves from the possible transmission opportunities. Furthermore,we need to have more knowledge on the risk factors and make relevant protective strategies to improve the concept of occupational safety and health.
