| 摘 要： | 目的探讨卡托普利联合厄贝沙坦片治疗老年高血压的临床效果。方法 126例老年高血压患者分为观察组64例和对照组62例,对照组患者给予厄贝沙坦片治疗,观察组患者给予卡托普利联合厄贝沙坦片治疗,观察2组患者治疗前后血压变化,并对2组患者生活质量进行比较。结果治疗前2组患者收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组患者治疗后SBP、DBP水平均显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组SBP、DBP水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前2组患者生活质量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与治疗前比较,2组患者治疗后生活质量均显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者生活质量改善显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卡托普利联合厄贝沙坦治疗老年高血压疗效确切,且能够提高患者生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of captopril combined with irbesartan in treatment of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 126 elderly patients with hypertension were divided into observation group（n = 64） and control group（n = 62）.The patients in control group were treated with irbesartan tablet,while the patients in observation group were treated with captopril and irbesartan tablet.Changes of blood pressure were observed in the two groups,and the quality of life was compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure（SBP） and diastolic blood pressure（DBP） between the two groups before treatment（P 〉0.05）.The levels of SBP and DBP after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment in the two groups（P 〈0.05）.The levels of SBP and DBP in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group after treatment（P 〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups before treatment（P 〉0.05）.The improvement of the quality of life after treatment were significantly more than that before treatment in the two groups（P 〈0.05）.The improvement of the quality of life in observation group was significantly more than that in control group after treatment（P 〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Captopril combined with irbesartan for treating hypertension in elderly patients can obtain certain effect,and can improve the quality of life. |
