| 摘 要： | 本文报道一例猪链球菌感染所致脑膜炎病例。患者为屠宰工,主要症状为头痛、意识障碍,发热。因脑脊液中分离出猪链球菌而确诊。患者采用药敏试验敏感的万古霉素和青霉素治疗后痊愈出院。

| Abstract: | A case of human meningitis caused by Streptococcus suis is reported here. The patient was a slaughterhouse worker whose main symptoms were headaches, impaired consciousness, and a fever. S. suis was isolated and cultured from cerebrospinal fluid, so the patient was definitively diagnosed with meningitis caused by Streptococcus suis. The isolate demonstrated susceptibility to vancomycin, penicillin, nitrofurantoin, levofloxaein, erythromycin, clindamycin, and linezolid but was resistant to tetracycline. After treatment with vancomycin and penicillin, the patient recovered and was discharged. |
