| 摘 要： | 肱骨近端骨折手术内固定材料有多种，各具有其适应证，特别是近年来肱骨近端锁定钢板（locking proximal humerusplate，IJPHP）对老年或伴骨质疏松患者的使用，报道比普通钢板（T形及三叶草形钢板）具有明显的优越性及可靠的疗效。但锁定钢板价格相当昂贵，是普通钢板的数倍。那么对中青年LPHP是否具有同样的性价比？是否可取而代之（普通钢板）？自2004年1月至2007年1月采用普通钢板和LPHP治疗中青年肱骨近端骨折59例，回顾性分析两种固定方法的疗效，现将观察结果总结如下。
