摘    要:医院绩效管理体系的建立是一项长期的系统工程,如何将医院目标与全员个人行为结合起来,建立一套有效的绩效考评体系是各个医院管理者积极探索的课题。该文总结了医院通过先自下而上推进绩效考核,再自上而下推进绩效管理的做法、成效与体会。

Abstract:It is a long-term project to establish a hospital performance management system.The administrators of every hospital are actively exploring the topic of.how to establish an effective performance appraisal system to combine the hospital objectives with personal behaviors of all staff,This article summarizes the practice,effectiveness and experience in carrying out such a system of promoting performance appraisal from below first and then advancing performance management from above.
