后路显微椎间盘镜(MED)治疗腰椎间盘突出症

目的：通过对一组腰椎间盘突出症患者应用后路椎间盘镜Microendoecopicdiscectomy,MED)施行间盘摘除术，探讨手术要点；手术适应症、并发症和临床疗效。方法：对26例具有手术指征的腰椎间盘突出症患者，采用连续硬膜外麻醉，使用第三代MED腰椎间盘镜系统，全部在工作三角区内规范操作完成手术。结果：本组病例全部随访，平均l0个月，按Macnab标准评定，优良率92．3％，术中损伤硬膜l例，术中平均出血35ml，术后三周恢复原工作。结论：后路显微椎间盘镜(MED)行腰间盘摘出术，手术创伤小，术中出血少，术后恢复快，疗效肯定，是治疗腰间盘突出症的有效方法。

Microendoscopic Discectomy (MED) In the treatment of Lubar Disc Herniation

Objective: To introduce and discuss the operative pint, Indications Complications and clinical Curative, effects ,through treating a group of patients suffered from Lumbar disc Herniation by MED . Methord: 26 Cases having operative indication were operated inside the working triangle with the colntinous epidural anesthesia by using the third generation MED system. Result: All the cases were followed up with an average of 10 months, the rate of excellent and good was 92.3% according to Macnab evaluation standard, There was one case injured duramater during operation, average hemorrhage was 35ml in opevation, all cases had been operated resumed primary Jobs after three weeks . Conclusion: MED procedures have the advantages of less Injury, less bleeding and rapider recovery, It is an effective way in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation .
