Abstract:	The degree of segmental instability was seen by conventional anterior flex and posterior tension radiography in 14 cases with symptomatic spondylolisthes is.Using reformatory stefeeintemal fixation of screw of pedicle of vertebral arch and reduction with posterior vertebra space of bone grafting fusion,average correction rate of olisthy was 72.5% after the operation.The advantage of posterior vertebral space of bone grafting fusion was evaluated.The clinical significance of reduction of spondylolisthesis was discussed.
