综合医院中医护理人才梯队建设与实践

目的 培养中医护理人才队伍,促进中医护理学科的发展.方法 成立中医护理学科建设管理小组,遴选中医学科（学术）带头人、后备学科（学术）带头人及中青年中医护理骨干共246人,制定不同的培训目标并分层次进行培养.结果 实施后中医护理科研水平得以提升,论文发表数量增多,中医特色护理技术得以广泛推广;中医护理人员知识理论与技能考核显著优于实施前（均P＜0.01）.结论 护理人才培养是护理学科建设与发展的关键,中医护理人才培养有利于中医护理学科的发展.

A nurse ladder program for cultivating traditional Chinese medicine nurses in general hospitals

Objective To cultivate traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nurses and to advance development of TCM-based nursing. Methods We built a management team for advancing the TCM-based nursing; selected 246 nurses and divided them into three levels as academic leaders, potential academic leaders, and experienced core nurses; and provided target training for these nurses. Results After implementing the above-mentioned measures, scientific research ability of nurses was improved, and papers published in jour- nals were increased. The TCM-oriented nursing technique was widely used. The test results of knowledge and skills of TCM nurses were significantly improved compared to the baseline level （P〈0.01 for both）. Conclusion Cultivation of nurses is of significant importance for the development of nursing, and training of TCM nurses is beneficial to advance TCM nursing.
