心理疏导联合药物治疗中青年精神分裂症的效果分析

目的探讨心理疏导联合药物治疗中青年精神分裂症患者的临床效果。方法随机选择2010年4月至2012年4月在我院进行治疗的86例精神分裂症患者,将其分为2组,观察组和对照组各43例,其中对照组患者给予单纯药物治疗,观察组在药物治疗的基础上增加心理疏导治疗,应用简明精神症状评定量表、功能评定量表、社会功能评定量表对2组患者治疗后的临床效果进行比较和分析。结果治疗结束后,2组患者的自知力因子评分和BPRS总分均有降低,观察组降低程度明显大于对照组,2组比较,P<0.05,差异具有显著性;2组患者的GAS评分和SSPI评分均有提高,2组比较,P<0.05,差异具有显著性;观察组的治疗总有效率为97.67%,对照组的治疗总有效率为72.0%,2组比较,P<0.05,差异有显著性。结论心理疏导联合药物治疗应用在中青年精神分裂患者的治疗中,能够有效提高患者的自知力,改善患者的社会功能等各项水平,具有良好的疗效。

Psychological counseling joint effect analysis of young and middle-aged schizophrenia drug treatment

Objective To explore psychological counseling joint drug clinical effect for the treatment of middle-aged and young patients with schizophrenia .Methods Randomly selected from April 2010 to April 2012 in our hospital for treatment of 86 cases of patients with schizophrenia , its average can be divided into two groups , the observation group and control group , 43 cases of control group patients give pure drug therapy , observation group on the basis of drug treatment increase psychological counseling treatment , application of concise mental symptoms rating scale , the scale for assessment of functional rating scale , the social function of two groups of patients after treatment the clinical effect of comparison and analysis . Results After treatment , two groups of patients the self-knowledge of factor score and BPRS total score were decreased , the extent of the observation group was significantly greater than the control group , compared two groups , P 〈 0 .05 ,with significant difference;Two groups of patients with GAS score and SSPI scores were increased , compared two groups , P 〈 0 .05 ,with significant difference;Treatment group total effective rate was 97 .67% , control group total effective rate was 72 .09% , compared two groups , P〈 0 .05 ,with significant difference .Conclusion Psychological counseling combined drug therapy application in the treatment of middle-aged and young patients with schizophrenia , can effectively improve the patient＆#39;s self knowledge , improve social function in patients with various levels , has a good curative effect .
