中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡65例临床疗效分析

目的研究中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡的疗效。方法选择65例消化性溃疡患者分为两组,其中对照组31例患者接受西医三联疗法治疗,研究组34例患者在接受对照组治疗方法的同时接受中医健胃汤治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果研究组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(97.06%vs.74.19%,P<0.05)。两组研究对象均未发生不良反应。结论采用中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡,疗效佳,值得推广。

Analysis on the Clinical Effect of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine for the Treatment of 65 Cases of Peptic Ulcer

Objective To explore the curative effect of integrated traditional and western medicine for the treatment of peptic ulcer （PU）. Methods Sixty-five patients with PU were divided into two groups. 31 patients in the control group received the western medicine triple therapy, and 34 patients in the research group received the traditional Chinese medicine Jianwei decoction therapy and western medicine triple therapy. The curative effects of two .groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of research group ~as 97.06%, significantly higher than 74.19% of control group （P 〈0.05）. No adverse reaction was found in both groups. Conclusions Integrated traditional and western medicine for the treatment of peptic ulcer （PU） has significant effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
