| Abstract: | In modern hospital management, in order to deliver top class nursing service and improve nursing skills, the nursing managers must use humanistic psychology to deal with the relationship between human resources, money and materials; they must make importance of both using and cultivating to improve the accomplishment nurses; they should give priority to encouragement, deal with the relationship between encouragement and restriction to enhance the efficiency of management, then the group force comes into being and the management objectives could be achieved. |
